Christopher Thompson is a master facilitator, motivational speaker, and leadership/executive coach with 30 years of experience across multiple industries. Christopher specializes in executive and
leadership coaching, public speaking, and strategic consultation, focusing on driving leadership excellence, fostering innovation, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within
organizations.​
With a proven track record as an Executive Director and Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at JPMorgan Chase, Christopher has led initiatives to enhance talent development, organizational culture, and DEI strategies at scale. Christopher also serves on the faculty of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
