Mona Harty

With more than 25 years of intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial experience, Mona has built, led, and transformed teams across Fortune 100 companies, global enterprises, and startup environments. Her career spans executive leadership, organizational transformation, employee and customer experience, and operational excellence. She is known for turning strategy into movement and culture into commitment, where performance and purpose rise together.

Mona’s professional background includes work with and within respected organizations such as Delta Air Lines, the British Broadcasting Corporation, Siemens, ESPN, CNN, and National Public Radio (NPR), as well as serving as CEO of a global business and
technology consulting firm for a decade.

She holds a BA in Communications from Pepperdine University, an MS in Information Design & Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Mini-MBA for Tech Executives Certificate from Boston University.
 

Outside of her professional work, Mona enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and
investing in her community.
