My Story

Renee Jackson-Smith is an executive coach, facilitator, speaker, and contributing author with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, talent development, and performance management. She is the founder of Soar2Win Coaching, where she helps leaders recognize approval-driven patterns, trust their voice, and lead with clarity, confidence, and conviction. Renee is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, Certified Professional in Talent Development, EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner, and holds a master’s degree in human resources and training.
