7 / CONVERSATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Participants will discover what it means to be neurologically collaborative and innovative through conversations.  Our brains identify others as friend or foe in less than 1 second.  Make sure you don't fall into the foe category.

Sometimes saying “NO” is necessary.  How you deliver the response can either create resentment or lead to collaboration and a solution.  In this highly interactive session, we will use Burst’s AVR Technique (Ask / Verify / Renegotiate) to open “mental gates” and establish a collaborative atmosphere.

Clear and concise emails and reports exude confidence and executive communication skills.  Unlike oral communication, emails don't have the benefit of vocal tone or non-verbal cues like facial expressions.

In this module, our coaches will teach techniques that produce concise and clear emails that build collaboration (even if your answer is "no").  

*This module also requires module 5 as a prerequisite.

11 / PRESENTATION BUILDER: STORIES

In this module, we use the techniques learned in our "Concise Memorable Stories" session to produce engaging slides within our storytelling framework.  The Storytelling Presentation Builder leads to a conclusion and keeps the audience highly engaged.
