Sometimes saying “NO” is necessary. How you deliver the response can either create resentment or lead to collaboration and a solution. In this highly interactive session, we will use Burst’s AVR Technique (Ask / Verify / Renegotiate) to open “mental gates” and establish a collaborative atmosphere.
